Tomato Soup

Here is a simple and tasty Tomato Soup recipe that I have been using for years. You can use fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes. Usually, I wind up with canned tomatoes and less than 30 minutes until it is ready. My kids love it and we regularly have it for lunch. It can be made vegetarian and gluten-free.
